• Client was charged with Burglary and Battery, which is a 1st degree felony in Florida with a maximum punishment of life in prison. Case was dropped before ever being formally filed.
• Client charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. Case was dismissed by the State Attorney office after negotiations.
• Client was charged with Driving under the influence. The charge was reduced to reckless driving and the Client did 12 months of probation.
• Underage client was accused of statutory rape with his girlfriend. Case was dropped and no charges were ever filed at all.
• Client was extradited from Indiana for various felonies including drug possession and felon in possession of a firearm. All charges were dismissed and the client released.
